For help with Meshveil or to report abuse, email meshveil.support@gmail.com.
If you are reporting a message, press and hold it in the app and choose Report. Meshveil prepares an email with the message and sender details for you to review. Nothing is sent until you send it. Reporting also blocks that sender on your device.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Meshveil is not an emergency service.

Before you write
- Why can’t I see anyone nearby?
- Both people need Meshveil open or participating in the mesh, Bluetooth available, and to be within a working route. iOS may limit Bluetooth activity in the background.
- Can you recover my messages?
- No. Conversations are stored on your iPhone. Meshveil does not keep a central copy.
- Can Meshveil remove a message from another phone?
- No. You can block the sender and hide their content on your device. A report lets the Meshveil team review the concern, but a message already on someone else’s phone cannot be remotely erased.
